When writing your resume have you considered the importance of keywords? Do you know which keywords you should include in your resume? I saw your views about resume writing, ofcource for software point of view it is quite important that those key words should be there but please also tell about what should be basic things and in what unique way presented in any resume so that it can take more attention of any recruiter

Very true Martin. Due to huge competition in job sector, recruiters have become very alert and cautious. They receive a lot of resumes for a single job position and so they do not waste time reading all of them. May be they are using some shortlisting softwares to get only few worthy resumes and shortlist only those ones.
Also cover letters are very important. If you have an attention-grabbing cover letter, the employer will surely think of you as one of the best candidate for the job.
